All items must be in their original condition, unworn and with tags attached, to ensure a smooth transition back to our collection.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your Abgeen account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange and receive a Return Authorization number.
Pack with Care
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals are intact, and include the printed return form inside the parcel.
Ship to Abgeen
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location, keeping your tracking receipt for reference.
Quality Check & Refund
Once our team inspects the returned garments, we will process your refund to the original payment method or dispatch your exchange within 5-7 business days.
